Με αφορμή τη συζήτηση για την επικαιροποίηση της προγραμματικής συμφωνίας ΝΔ- <a href="http://www.pasok.gr/">ΠΑΣΟΚ</a>, ο κ.Πάγκαλος σχολίασε: «Το θέμα είναι τα προβλήματα επί των οποίων υπάρχει διαφωνία. Αυτά πρέπει να συζητήσουν με τον Σαμαρά και με τους υπόλοιπους οργανισμούς, φορείς και <a href="http://www.kommata.gr/"> <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%9A%CF%8C%CE%BC%CE%BC%CE%B1">κόμμα</a>τα</a> που υπάρχουν στην κοινωνία και να τα συζητήσουν, από τη στιγμή που δεχόμαστε ένα ενιαίο πλαίσιο που είναι η αρχή της κοινοβουλευτικής <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%94%CE%B7%CE%BC%CE%BF%CE%BA%CF%81%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%AF%CE%B1">Δημοκρατία</a>ς, του ευρωπαϊκού προσανατολισμού και της ύπαρξης της μεικτής <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%9F%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%BF%CE%BD%CE%BF%CE%BC%CE%AF%CE%B1">οικονομία</a>ς μέσα στο πλαίσιο της αγοράς»και πρόσθεσε:<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> «Από τη στιγμή που δέχεσαι αυτές τις αρχές, <a href='http://spynet.gr/index.asp?Code=000008.apokrupsi_arithmou.html'>πωσ κανεισ αποκρυψη</a> ανήκεις στην ίδια ευρύτερη παράταξη. Και κατά τη γνώμη μου, στις ευρω <a href="http://ekloges.ypes.gr/">εκλογές</a>, που δεν είναι <a href="http://www.ypes.gr/el/Elections/NationalElections/">εθνικές <a href="http://ekloges.ypes.gr/">εκλογές</a></a> για να δώσουν βουλευτές, θα πρέπει αυτές οι δυνάμεις να κατέβουν μαζί. Δεν έχω αντίρρηση αν βάζετε σε αυτή τη σκέψη <a href="http://www.pasok.gr/">ΠΑΣΟΚ</a> και ΝΔ μαζί. Σας λέω ότι οι δυνάμεις που πιστεύουν στο ελληνικό Σύνταγμα και την <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%95%CF%85%CF%81%CF%8E">ευρώ</a>πη και δεν λένε μια μέσα, μια έξω, μια από εδώ και μια από εκεί και που πιστεύουν στη μικτή <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%9F%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%BF%CE%BD%CE%BF%CE%BC%CE%AF%CE%B1">οικονομία</a> και έχουν εγκαταλείψει τις κομμουνιστικές φαντασιώσεις περί <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%95%CE%BB%CE%BB%CE%AC%CE%B4%CE%B1">Κράτους</a> και μικτής <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%9F%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%BF%CE%BD%CE%BF%CE%BC%CE%AF%CE%B1">οικονομία</a>ς, μπορούν να υπάρξουν μαζί».<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Ο κ. Πάγκαλος εξέφρασε επίσης την άποψη ότι ο ψηφοφόρος δεν ενδιαφέρεται για τα <a href="http://www.kommata.gr/"> <a href="http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/%CE%9A%CF%8C%CE%BC%CE%BC%CE%B1">κόμμα</a>τα</a>, αλλά στις ευρω <a href="http://ekloges.ypes.gr/">εκλογές</a> θα αναζητήσει μία συνολική λύση, με ευρωπαϊκή προοπτική, ευρεση συσκευης η οποία εκτίμησε ότι θα μπορούσε να είναι αυτή που περιέγραψε ο ίδιος.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Υποστήριξε μάλιστα ότι: «Είμαστε σε μια περίοδο έντασης κοινωνικής, στα πρόθυρα εμφυλίου πολέμου.
